In Japan, the preparation of food is an art form, and teppanyaki, which has been performed in the early 1900s is no exception.

Kobe Steak House of Japan started as a dream for Kumeo Komazaki, a former Hibachi Chef at Benihana in New York. He opened the St. Louis Location in 1991 and has been serving St. Louis since then.  

Kobe is proud to continue sharing this tradition with St. Louis today – we hope you enjoy your evening with us and will return soon.
