In Japan, the preparation of food is an art form, and teppanyaki, which has been performed since the early 1900s is no exception.
Kobe Steak House of Japan started as a dream for Kumeo Komazaki, a former Hibachi Chef at Benihana in New York. He opened the St. Louis Location in 1991 and has been serving St. Louis since then.
